Be careful how much wall you allow yourself to put up during the interaction. Being too defensive can make us seem like we are not willing to try to work with the person that needs to clear the air. Be as honest as you can be and allow both sides to present their perspective.
Your dragons are whatever opposes you or your situation. In spirituality, the dragons are darkness and ignorance.
If you find that you are constantly being put in situations in which you need to defend yourself, consider why you always feel you need to react to everything going on around you.
